1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

You may request a return/exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is in original packaging

  • Tags and labels are intact

  • The product is not washed, worn, or damaged

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

  • Customized or altered products

  • Items purchased during clearance sales

3. Wrong or Damaged Product

If you received:

  • Wrong item

  • Defective product

  • Damaged product

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Description of the issue

We will replace or exchange the item at no additional cost.

4. Size Exchange

We offer size exchange if:

  • The product is available in stock

  • Customer pays the two-way shipping cost (unless the mistake is from our side)

5. Refunds

Refunds are only provided if:

  • The item is out of stock

  • You received a damaged/wrong product and no replacement is available

Refunds are issued to:

  • Original payment method

  • Or as store credit (if preferred)

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
